Xyluz After Sales is designed for the consumer electornics and automobile agencies having multiple location showroom. The system is basically designed to provide support after a sale is made. The growing demand in consumer electornics and passenger vehicles has prompted the development of this system to respond faster and more efficient manner to the customers complaints.
Xyluz After Sales records the customer details and generates unique user id and password for the first time customers. When a complaint arises of the purchase the customer can register a complaint online using the user id and password. Other option is to call the call center and register the complaint. The after sales support team uses the system to download all complaints within their alloted area which results in faster response time and helps build customer confidence.
